We are seeking a responsible and empathic person to join the team to help customers deal with questions and situations that require support.

We also consider candidates with no experience for part-time work.

Responsibilities:

  • Customers support in using the personal account of Noventiq Subscriptions service in different countries (LATAM)
  • Conducting training and demonstrations for customers in local languages
  • Participation in the development of an IT product (understanding the strategy, development directions, and participation in demonstrations of new releases)
  • Consultation and support of related specialists (Operations , Finance) for cooperation with Noventiq Subscriptions
  • Translation from English to local language (main language is Spanish, Portuguese will be an advantage)
  • Chatbot and catalog content administration

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills
  • 1-2 year experience in customer support
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Ability to provide timely responses and follow up systematically
  • Strong problem-solving skill with analytical thinking
  • Ability to write and speak in Spanish fluently
  • Ability to write and speak in English fluently
