- Conducting in-depth analysis of our current systems, pinpointing areas for improvement, and architecting cutting-edge solutions.
- Crafting and maintaining meticulous documentation of system specifications – your attention to detail will be key!
- Masterfully prioritizing and organizing complex requirement specifications.
- Contributing to the full lifecycle of new applications and service deployments, as well as enhancing our existing systems.
- Translating intricate technical details into clear, understandable requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Championing best practices in scalability, supportability, maintainability, and overall system performance.
- Ensuring seamless system compatibility and integration within our IT infrastructure.
- Providing valuable technical expertise and recommendations for new IT software projects and initiatives.
- Creating comprehensive documentation for all processes and systems.
- Managing our existing Qlik boards and contributing to the development of new, insightful visualizations.

Education and Experience:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. However, candidates with degrees in other fields and relevant certifications or experience can also be considered.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a System Analyst, IT Support, or similar role. Experience in the customer service or outsourcing industry is a plus.
- Qlik Experience: While managing existing Qlik boards and assisting in creating new ones is listed, extensive prior experience may not be necessary. A basic understanding of data visualization principles and some exposure to Qlik or similar BI tools is desirable.
Skills:
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial. The candidate should be able to analyze complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of SDLC.
- Knowledge of database concepts.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux).

- Experience with software applications and systems.
- Documentation Skills: The ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation is essential.
