We develop for RingCentral.com, a UCaaS platform trusted by over 1 million businesses worldwide.

We are currently looking for a Lawyer to provide legal support to the company on civil, labor, migration, and administrative law matters, including contract work and interaction with government authorities.

Responsibilities:

Legal support of the company on matters of civil, labor, migration, and administrative law of Georgia.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts (including construction contracts, supply agreements, lease agreements, etc.).
Document management and interaction with governmental authorities.
Consulting on labor and migration law issues.
Representation of the company’s interests in courts and administrative authorities.

Requirements:

Law degree.
Valid attorney license in Georgia (general specialization: civil, criminal, and administrative law).
At least 1 year of experience in civil and labor law.
Experience in legal support of construction projects is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of Georgian legislation in the fields of civil, labor, migration, and administrative law.
Fluent in Georgian, Russian, and English (both spoken and written).
Strong legal drafting skills, analytical thinking, and attention to details.
Proficiency in 1C software.
