RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess the potential of e-commerce; development of long-term channel strategy and its transformation into annual/quarterly plans.
  • Develop operating standards for each channel, taking into account the best practices.
  • Fulfill sales plans in e-commerce and alternative sales channels, develop quantitative and qualitative distribution, as well as fulfill other KPIs for all accounts.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of budget use for product promotion. Participate in the formation and approval of business plans for each client with subsequent monitoring of implementation. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the investments.
  • Participate in the development and control of marketing and other programs to promote products. Regular monitoring and analysis of effectiveness.
  • Participate in other projects.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE:

  • Higher education.
  • 3 or more years work experience in a similar position in FMCG.
  • Experience working with key accounts.
  • Knowledge of sales channels and trends in retail, online sales, as well as alternative sales channels.
  • Ability to forecast sales and budgets, analyze market trends and KPIs based on internal and external reporting.
  • Fluency in Russian, English – Upper-Intermediate level or above. Knowledge of Kazakh language is desirable.
  • Proficient user of MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Initiative and result oriented.​​​​​
